- Step one cleans and conditions with a special deep cleaning formula that removes the toughest dirt and stains.
- Step one is 100% biodegradable.
- Step two is a protectant that reduces roof chalking and minimizes maintenance.
- Step two features UV protection and contains no petroleum distillates.
- Both 1-gallon containers in the Pro-Tec rubber roof kit will cover between 500-600 square ft.
- Only use step one when treating TPO roofing, step two is not required.
- EPDM safe.
